2013 Passat Lf Door Does Not Lock

I have a similar issue with my 2015 jetta tsi door locks but wanted to run this by you.

2013 passat lf door does not lock.

About august 2014 mileage 78 000. About aug 2013 mileage 63 000. This issue also indicates a bad lock actuator. If the actuators have any sort of internal or wiring issue it may cause them to rapidly lock and unlock unexpectedly or cause them to function intermittently.

Power door locks do not function. Power door locks behave erratically. Average repair cost is 650 at 81 350 miles. Intermittent issue that driver s door lock would not lock with key fob.

Door would be unlocked and door could be physically opened using the door handle and then car alarm would go off. The door lock works in only one direction.
