2009 Tahoe Drivers Side Door Control Panel Stopped Working

The driver lock has completely quit and the other 3 doors work randomly.

How do i remove the driver side door panel all of the controls stopped working all of a sudden for the widows. Recently my driver door lock has started to not work when i unlock truck with my keyless remote. Look for brownish spots. Remove the master switch from the driver door side panel.

Dude trust me dont go spending money until you check this. Typically will go on for 3 4 days then suddenly works again. 2003 suburban liftgate unlocks with remote or drivers door control. Even if i don t drive it and check it each of the 3 4 days.

Disappointed to say the least. Door locks on 3 of 4 doors 2009 tahoe 78000 miles. All other windows work from the individaul controls. They just don t do anything when you try to control them with the electric buttons.

Clean the upper circuit board with light acohol wipe. Assembly everything back together and plug it back into the driver side. Very frustrating have always owned chevy but with oil cunsumption and this problem it will probably my last one. Have searched prices of new locks and probably will repair myself.

That will answer your problem on the switch. The auto doo locks do not work fo rom the drivers side but do work form passenger side and key fob. The driver window both passenger windows will not roll down from the drivers side. 5 use a hand dryer about 1ft away to dry the board.

08 tahoe every other door works fine. If the truck sits for a period of time hour or longer it seems to work but not always. I have an 08 tahoe and my driver side window will not open. I don t know if its the switch or motor i don t.

Get the four screws out and slowly ply open the master switch. I have an 03 tahoe and the same happened to me my dvd player wouldnt turn off after opening the door foot pedal adjust buttons or my mirror turn signal. First pull your panel and see if the grey latch is fastened to the door on the harness. All of the controls on the drivers door have stopped working.

Before i go tearing into things anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this and fix it.
